NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-052300 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Suzanne B. Carr; Unknown Spouse of Suzanne B. Carr; Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND 17, BLOCK 32, PALMLEE PARK, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
