NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-000314WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Nancy Michelle Pulliam, Noel Scott Pulliam, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for GMAC Mortgage, LLC f/k/a GMAC Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
