NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-010920, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is Plaintiff and LINDA E. DYKAS F/K/A LINDA E. KNIGHT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA E. DYKAS F/K/A LINDA E. KNIGHT; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK N/K/A CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
