Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on November 5, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as follows:
A portion of Lot 153, OFFICIAL MAP OF TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 79, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 153, said corner being on the shore of Lake Butler (now known as Lake Tarpon) and on the Southerly right-of-way line of Lake Butler Avenue (now known as Lake Tarpon Avenue), thence run N72º58'40”W, along said Southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 342.00 feet; thence leaving said Southerly right-of-way line S17º01'20”W, a distance of 131.50 feet to a point on the Northerly Boundary line of LAKE TARPON SAIL AND CLUB II, CONDO, as recorded in Condo Book 42, Page 103, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence along said Northerly Boundary Line, Easterly and Parallel with Lake Butler Avenue, S72º58'40”E, a distance of 342.00 feet; thence, leaving said Northerly Boundary line, N17º01'20”E, a distance of 131.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
with a street address of 1513 Lake Tarpon Avenue, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34688, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 30, 2014 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
