NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, Westchase Community Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 19th day of December, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 13, Berkeley Square, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 55 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Westchase community at 12495 Berkeley Square Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
