NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000097-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC was the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN WADE BURDICK, ET AL., the Defendant(s).The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 30th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 329, VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS,
MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
