NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-2088-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DIANA A. FOLLETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA A. FOLLETT and COLIN D. FOLLETT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 31st day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Number B-1, Building Number 111, Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon, Village I-#2, Phase VIII, a condominium, according to the plat of Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon, Village I-#2, Phase VIII, a condominium, as recorded in condominium Plat Book 78, Page 29 through 35, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 91 through 93, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5802, Page 1894, as amended by Official Record Book 6956, Page 2161, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
