NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-004843-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to National City Bank, Successor by Merger to National City Bank of Indiana., Plaintiff and Linda M. Joly, a/k/a Linda Joly and Michael A. Mosley are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
