NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-001455-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Retha V. Myers, Surviving Spouse of Richard F. Myers, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 20, IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN WEST, 165 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 80 FEET, THENCE WEST 135 FEET, THENCE NORTH 80 FEET, THENCE EAST 135 FEET, TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
