Notice is hereby given that on February 19, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota, Florida, Karen Rushing, Clerk of the Sarasota Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Sarasota County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 37, BLOCK 3, GULF GATE EAST, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 17 AND 17A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2013 in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
