YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
An Undivided 1/14th interest in and to that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, situate, lying and being in County of Pinellas and State of Florida, known and described as:
Lot 16, CLEARVIEW OAKS UNIT ONE, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
EXCEPTING, however, therefrom any and all buildings and improvements of any nature located on said land beyond that part and portion of said buildings and improvements hereinafter specifically included.
TOGETHER WITH that certain apartment located on said land consisting of approximately 700 square feet, known and designated as Apartment No. 327, and so designated in “Apartment Unit Plan”, including the right of ingress and egress to and from said Apartment; and an undivided 1/14th interest in and to the walls and other structural supports necessary for said building.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon MANKIN LAW GROUP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2535 Landmark Drive, Suite 212, Clearwater, FL 33761, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
