NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-010908ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Successor by merger to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. is the Plaintiff and EDWIN ROSAS; MARISOL ROSAS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of February, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, CARPENTERS RUN PHASE IV B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 87 THROUGH 89, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
