NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008152-ES J4 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORP III, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA HORTON; CHRISTIAN HORTON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LAKE PADGETT SOUTH UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 125, 126, AND 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
