NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-016968 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee , in trust for the registered holders of Park Place Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-WCW3, is the Plaintiff and Joaquin Ramos, Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc. a/k/a Countryway Homeowners Association, Oakridge at Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc., Maria I. Ramos, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
