NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-020936 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For Ace Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-WMI, Asset Backed Pass-through Certificates Series 2007-WMI, is the Plaintiff and Francisco Fernandez, Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN 30 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ON THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF BACK ROAD AND RUN NORTH 185 FEET; THENCE EAST 50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 370 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF BACK ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES, 44 MINUTES WEST, A DISTANCE OF 293.1 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
