NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-018576 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For The Holders Of The Morgan Stanley ABS Capital 1 Inc. Trust 2007-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE6, is the Plaintiff and Lucius Baston, Jr. A/K/A L. Baston, Jr., Damaris Cole, Jane Doe N/K/A Niambi Dennis, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Williams Crossing Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
