NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004828CICI-15, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and SUNTRUST BANK; VIOLETTA MULVANEY; JOHN MULVANEY, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, OF BRENTWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
