NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-10036-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COVE CAY VILLAGE II ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WALTER A. SHEAHAN; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER A. SHEAHAN; NORA DAY; CATHERINE TATUM; CAROL CROUNSE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 31st day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 503, Building 2621, Cove Cay Condominium Twenty-Six, Twenty-One, Village II, a Condominium, according to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4154, Pages 583-680, public records of Pinellas County, Florida, in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 80-85, Pinellas County, Florida records; 2621 Cove Cay Drive #503, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
