NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028611 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York as trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-15CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-15CB, is the Plaintiff and Delfina Duardo, Mario Santos, , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
