NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-000419-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SEMINOLE HILL VILLAS RESIDENT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DENISE M. PATTERSON; CANDY EICHMAN; RAYMOND ANTHONY “TONY” PATTERSON and PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 205, SEMINOLE HILL VILLAS, INC., NO. 2, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 71, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2789, Page 663, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
