NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on December 19, 2013, in the above-captioned action, the Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of Courts will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:

ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

Debtor's interest in all personal property on or used in connection with the operation and maintenance of the real property described in Exhibit “A” attached herto, including, without limitation:
All present and future deposit accounts, accounts, contracts, contract rights, instruments, documents, chattel paper, open accounts receivable, book debts, notes, general intangibles (including, but not limited to chooses in action, tax refund, and insurance proceeds); and other obligations or indebtedness owed to Debtor from whatever source arising; all rights of Debtor to receive payments in money or kind; all guaranties for the foregoing and security therefor; all of the right, title and interest of Debtor in and with respect to the goods, services and property that gave rise to or that secure any of the foregoing and insurance policies and proceeds related thereto, and all of the foregoing, whether now owned or existing or hereafter created or acquired and the proceeds and products thereof;
All goods, merchandise, and other personal property now owned or hereafter acquired by Debtor that are held for sale, lease or contstruction, or are furnished or to be furnished under any contract of services or are raw materials, work in process, supplies, or material used or consumed in Debtor's business wherever located, and all products and proceeds thereof, and all substitutions, replacements, addtions or accessions therefor and thereto;
All machinery, equipment, furniture and fixtures, now owned or hereafter acquired by Debtor, and used, acquired for use, or necessary for the operation and maintenance of the buildings and improvements located on the above noted real property in the business of Debtor, and the proceeds and products thereof, together with all accessions thereto and all substitutions and replacements thereof and parts therefor;
All building materials, fixtures, equipment or machinery now incorporated or to be incorporated into improvements constructed and to be constructed in the future on the real property described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, expecting here from the interests of tenants in any tenant trade fixtures;
All tradenames, copyrights, trademarks and proprietary designations owned by or used by Debtor and now or hereafter associated with the business or businesses conducted by Debtor on the premises;
All cash or noncash proceeds of any of the foregoing, including rents, issues, profits, deposits made by or on behalf of Debtor with any city, county, public body, utility or agency, or insurance proceeds; and
All ledger sheets, files, records, rent rolls, documents and instruments (including but not limited to, computer programs, tapes, and related electronic data processing software), evidencing an interest in or related to the above.
This Financing Statement is supplemental to and incorporated into a Security Instrument securing an interest in real property that grants a lien against certain of the property described mor fully therein.
This Financing Statement shall not be contrued as evidencing intent on the part of Debtor or the Secured Party to server the items set forth hereinabove from th e real property described in the above mentioned Security Instrument.
