NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated November 19, 2013, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000646-XXXX-ES/J1 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2006KS3 is the Plaintiff and Jason Bates; The Unknown Spouse of Jason Bates; Wendy Bates; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for FMF Capital, LLC; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant # 1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACE 80 OF WOODHAVEN FARMS, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION, LESS THE WEST 437.00 FEET THEREOF, SAID TRACT 80 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTH ½ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 3, TOWNAHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 25.00 FEET AND THE WEST 30.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
