HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2004-C, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-C, Plaintiff and DANIEL RAMIREZ A/K/A DANIEL A. RAMIREZ; ZAYDA RAMIREZ; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this February 4th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
