NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018377, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JOSEPHINE VIOLET NOTO; ANTHONY MARCELO NOTO; MARGARET E. MARTIN; PIETRO ALFONSO NOTO; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 8, AND THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 52, OF JOHN H. DREW'S FIRST EXTENSION TO NORTHWEST TAMPA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC, RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEYWAY AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORD8 BOOK 4133, PAGE 1582; PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
