NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-011804 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Milan Vuckovic and Gordana Vuckovic, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, OF THE LAKES UNIT II PHASE 3, SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
