NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-000010-CI-20, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-1, is Plaintiff and MARGARET E. HAGGERTY; THE VILLAGE OF WOODLAND HILLS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HIGHLAND LAKES, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, NA, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, OF DEER RUN AT WOODLAND HILLS 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 12 AND 13 ,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
