NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-006883, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-7 is the Plaintiff and TILLMAN DOE, JR.; CARROLLWOOD GABLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LISA DOUGLASS-DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 12171 TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CARROLLWOOD GABLES, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8576, ON PAGE 602, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, ON PAGE 64, ALL OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
