NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09004376CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County's Public Auction website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 72.05 FEET OF THE EAST 94.05 FEET OF VILLA SITE X, BLOCK 3, HALL`S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
