NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about December 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009799 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Glenda Doyle, Edward Grant Miller, State of Florida, United States of America - Internal Revenue Service, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1 AND THE NORTH ½ OF VACATED ALLEY LYING SOUTH OF SAID LOT, SOUTH WILMA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
