NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-009063 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for ABFC Asset Backed Securites Series 2005-WF1, is the Plaintiff and Jamie E. Hill a/k/a Jamie Hill, Bay Pointe Waterfront Condominiums Association, Inc., Clerk of the Circuit Court Hillsborough County, Florida, State of Florida, Tenant #1 n/k/a Lisa Dean, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

D-105 OF BAY POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3101, PAGE 1382 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
