NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated December 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-9138-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein HSBC Bank, NA as trustee of Series 2007-OA3 was the Plaintiff and LUANNE URIEL, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 16, BLOCK 9, SUNSET HILLS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
