NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-010919 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Michael Stefko, Capital One Bank (USA), National Association, Dove Investment Corp., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
