NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-012017, DIVISION: K, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH ROSERO DE BARRERA A/K/A ELIZABETH BARRERA; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 35, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL âKâ AND âPâ, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 293, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
