NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County Florida, described as:
Unit 114 of Boca Ciega Resort & Marina Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 14187, Page(s) 623 through 668 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of February, 2014, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
