Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Partial Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 522013CA003603XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, Centennial Bank, successor-in-interest to Heritage Bank of Florida, and against the Defendants, Joemco, LLC, Thomas J. Lee, and Geographic Solutions, Inc., jointly and severally, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 5, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. EST, the following described real property as set forth in the Partial Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 5, Block 85 of Map of Sutherland Florida 1888, as filed of record March 29, 1888, in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
