NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-000662, DIVISION: N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 6, 2002 PCFA HOME EQUITY INVESTMENT TRUST, SERIES 2003-IFC3, is Plaintiff and ANGELA D. SCOTT A/K/A ANGELA DELORES SCOTT; JAMES C. SCOTT A/K/A JAMES C. SCOTT II A/K/A JAMES CARVER SCOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA D. SCOTT A/K/A ANGELA DELORES SCOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES C. SCOTT A/K/A JAMES C. SCOTT II A/K/A JAMES CARVER SCOTT; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 28 day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 58, CLAIR MEL CITY SECTION A UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
