NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-013357, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARY R. BANKS GMAC LLC, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY R. BANKS; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of January, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14-A, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE II, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 51 THROUGH 54, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON THE 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1978, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755, PAGE 480, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE II IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4811, PAGE 170, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 10 OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755, PAGE 487, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
