To Defendants CARPENTER INVESTMENTS, LLC and CROSS BAYOU BUSINESS CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 17, 2013, in Case No.: 52-2013-CA-004721 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and CARPENTER INVESTMENTS, LLC, et al., are the Defendants and the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Unit 11, Building No. 1 of CROSS BAYOU BUSINESS CENTER CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15593, Page 381, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 147, Page 18, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on February 3, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
