NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016540 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein RENAISSANCE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., Plaintiff, and Manuel Ramirez and Lucero Zapata de Ramirez, Defendant(s), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, ROOM 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00AM or 2:00 P.M. on the 4th day of February, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
