Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff dated March 25, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 2, TROPICAL TERRACE UNIT NO. 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 42, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE NORTH 65.0 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH ½ OF A CLOSED ALLEY (PER ORDINANCE 7796-A) LYING SOUTH OF AND ABUTTING TO SAID LOTS 6 AND 7, RESERVING THE EAST OF 7.5 FEET FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 7.5 FEET OF THE NORTH 65.0 FEET OF LOT 6, AND THE WEST 7.5 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2, TROPICAL TERRACE UNIT NO. 1, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT
and commonly known as: 3214 West Gandy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33611; including the building, appurtenances and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 29, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
