NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007412-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Sandra Jane Thoma and Frederik Paul Thoma, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 5, Cumberland Park 1st Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 37 and 38, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 8018 Smoketree Court Largo, Florida 33773.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
