NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11 008732 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and CINDY DONAHUE, CHARTER ONE A DIVISION OF RBS CITIZENS NA, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of February, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, MAYFAIR WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, RUN SOUTH 02°35'51” EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, FOR A DISTANCE OF 15 FEET; THEN NORTH 47°35'51” WEST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 21.22 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1; THEN NORTH 87°24'09” EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF 15.00 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
