CONDON; SCOTT CONDON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

HAMNER'S 56TH STREET ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID DRAINAGE TRACT “A” ALSO BEING SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 70, BLOCK 1 OF RAINTREE TERRACE SUBDIVISION THENCE NORTH 00°08'55” WEST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID DRAINAGE TRACT “A”, 30.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 71, BLOCK 1, RAINTREE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, SAID POINT BEING THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 00°08'55” WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF DRAINAGE TRACT “A” AND THE EAST LINE OF LOT 71, 73.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 71; THENCE NORTH 89°55'20” EAST, 10.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°08'55” EAST 73.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°55'20” WEST, 10.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS DRAINAGE EASEMENT RETAINED BY THE CITY OF TEMPLE TERRACE OVER THE NORTHERN 7.5 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
