NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003630 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and Joseph R. Amante are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, TOWNHOMES AT CREEK PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 134, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
