ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-55CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-55CB, is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are SHANA M. WHEELWRIGHT A/K/A SHANA WHEELWRIGHT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANA M. WHEELWRIGHT A/K/A SHANA WHEELWRIGHT, IF MARRIED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLEY AS NOMINEE FOR VANDYK MORTGAGE CORPORATION; FAIROAKS NORTH, INC.; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00A.M. on January 22, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Unit Number 22, Building E, Fair Oaks North, a Condominium, according to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3552, Page 1299, and any amendments thereto and according to the condominium plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 49, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with the undivided interest in the common elements as stated in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the above condominium unit.
