Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 10-008282-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK is the Plaintiff, and WILLIE B. LYNN A/K/A WILLIE B. LYNN, JR., et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT NUMBER TWELVE (12) AND THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT NUMBER THIRTEEN (13), LESS THE SOUTH 10 FEET FROM BOTH LOTS DEEDED TO CITY FOR STREET, BLOCK 34, HALLS`S CENTRAL AVENUE NO/ 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 31 THROUGH 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of February, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
