NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-022131 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and JORGE A. BONCE AKA JORGE BONCE, JUDY BONCE, DOVEWOOD ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Dovewood Estates, according to the map or Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 52, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
