NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-15029 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE 18125 KARA COURT. TAMPA, FL 334647, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, STATE OF FLORIDA, W. MARK SANDERS, TRUSTEE OF THE 18125 KARA COURT, TAMPA, FL 33647, RANDY JACKSON, SAMANTHA JACKSON, HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, TENANT #1 NKA CHRISTAIN JOHNSON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 35, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
