Final Judgment was awarded on November 13, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-010296, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-23, is the Plaintiff, and, ASHLEY R. CHARRET; WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
