Final Judgment was awarded on November 13, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-002043, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, DAVID E. FOX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID E. FOX; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
